Coco Pine Cottage is nestled among the Norfolk Pine and Coconut trees and is fully self-contained to cater to six guests. It has a modern and fully equipped kitchen, which includes gas and solar powered appliances. You will be amazed at how comfortable you can be with solar LED lights, ceiling fans, gas oven, grill and stove and also a full size solar refrigerator/freezer. 

We collect rainwater, which is pure and filtered, and simply beautiful to drink from the ceramic benchtop water filter. A gas hot water shower is always a welcoming experience after a day out exploring the beaches and 360 degree views. 

The cottage offers comfortable furnishings for both indoors and out, along with a gas BBQ on the veranda overlooking the ocean. All linen, beach and bath towels are supplied for you to enjoy the exquisite island lifestyle Pumpkin Island has to offer.
