Each year, Bundaberg & North Burnett Region, Capricorn Tourism & Economic Development Ltd and Gladstone Area Promotion and Development combine to co-ordinate a three-region competition among tourism operators.
These regional awards recognise businesses and individuals whose tourism service and product development has demonstrated a high standard of excellence and quality and is part of the lead-up to the State and National Tourism Awards later in the year.
